Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Professional to join our team at Corporate Care. This role will focus on engaging, qualifying, and closing new major corporate accounts for service and ongoing maintenance programs.
Responsibilities- Manage multiple client relationships to ensure their needs are addressed with the appropriate services
- Develop and enhance knowledge of clients' facilities to create long-term partnerships
- Adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, historical sales, regional trends, and supply and demand
- Build strong working partnerships with operations teams
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, principles, and practices. They should also possess problem-solving, organizational, and team working skills.
Requirements- 5+ years of sales experience in a service, manufacturing, or installation-related field required
- Demonstrated knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, principles, and practices
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office suite and CRM required
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
