Business Development Assistant

In this role, you will utilize our CRM tool to track project progress, attend customer and internal meetings, lead the proposal preparation process, and monitor deadlines. You will also work closely with our Contracts team to ensure contract compliance, develop and maintain historical digital files, and collaborate with our Legal department to obtain and review insurance requirements. Additionally, you will create job folders with applicable templates, work with our team to maintain all certificates of insurance, and ensure all relevant deliverables are completed. Your ability to adapt under pressure and maintain accuracy and efficiency will be essential to your success in this role.
Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project coordination, proposal management, and contract administration. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple tasks, and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
