Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative with Robert Casares - State Farm Agent, you will be responsible for selling company products and services to new and existing customers. This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated to succeed and have excellent communication skills.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, prospect and contact potential customers, and resolve customer inquiries and complaints. You will also be responsible for setting follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.
About Our Agency
Robert Casares - State Farm Agent is located in the Long Beach neighborhood of Bixby Knolls. We help make insurance easy to understand and provide our customers with the right coverage for all their life insurance, auto insurance, home insurance, business insurance, health insurance, and financial service needs.
This position offers competitive hourly pay plus commission/bonus, paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days), valuable experience and training, and growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within the agency.
Responsibilities
