Job Description:The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing sales support by developing and implementing strategic sales and business development campaigns for our clients. This includes researching new sales leads, generating leads, and developing strategies to create long-lasting customer loyalty.
This role plays a crucial part in supporting our overall marketing, sales, and business development efforts. The successful candidate will help streamline communication between the marketing and sales teams, ensuring alignment of strategies and goals.
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location of the company.
Responsibilities:- Develop best practices surrounding business development and sales systems to drive team business objectives
- Collaborate with all divisional departments to ensure seamless communication regarding business strategies
- Create new promotional sales campaigns for our client portfolio
- Maintain customer satisfaction through developmental sales strategies and top-tier customer service
- Participate in training sessions, product knowledge seminars, and virtual webinars
- Educate consumers on new services or promotions
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, marketing, sales, or customer service
- Strong desire to continuously learn and improve professional skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve and handle multiple tasks with great time management and organizational skills
- Confident public speaking skills
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
