Sales and Business Development Specialist

We specialize in customer acquisition and retention, focusing on developing strong relationships with clients and prospective customers. As an ENTRY-LEVEL position, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in sales, campaign development, and business operations.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly motivated, and have a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
This role is a FULL-TIME position with an estimated salary of $55-$70k. OTE (on target earnings) reflects the potential for increased earnings based on individual performance.
Responsibilities:
- Contact lists of prospective customers from sales leads
- Manage assigned territory to develop and close sales
- Engage in one-on-one sales-based interaction with customers
- Consult with clients to determine the best solution for their identified business needs
- Prepare quotes, prices, and credit terms, as well as contracts for orders obtained
- Develop business-relevant solutions for clients
- Provide daily sales statistics as directed by the manager
- Maintain strong customer business relationships throughout the buy cycle
