Catering Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive private event sales growth and revenue by developing and executing strategic sales plans
- Foster relationships with new and existing clients to identify new business opportunities
- Work closely with the Chef to create custom menu items and requests for special events
- Required to achieve designated revenue sales goals
- Maintain existing accounts and solicit new business
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales management experience in the hospitality or event industry, in a high-volume environment
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales management software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Experience in managing events of varying sizes and complexity
- Delphi software experience is a plus
