In this corporate role, you will primarily contribute to the DuPont Journey towards World-Class Operational Excellence.

You will collaborate with DuPont businesses and functions to implement process enhancements that yield Best-in-Class performance and results.

Adaptability and resilience will be crucial as shifting global economic conditions may influence business needs and strategies, requiring prompt responses to evolving demands.

This is a hands-on individual contributor position where the selected candidate will mentor the site on Lean, Six Sigma, Industry 4.0, and other pertinent Operational Excellence standards and tools.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Assist the designated Site team in achieving the Operational Excellence Tracking tool Productivity targets (OTT) utilizing the Operational Excellence Framework at the site, providing training on the applications of Manufacturing 1.0 and 2.0 elements.

Educate and mentor key stakeholders at the plant on the Operational Excellence Framework (management and line plant staff).

Lead Site teams in Kaizen events to promote LEAN continuous improvement.

Support and advise the local Continuous Improvement (CI) leader.


Guide and mentor local stakeholders and project managers in Operational Excellence methodologies (linking Operational Excellence tools to create value for the site).

Review and inform local leaders about new Operational Excellence tools, methods, or materials.

Conduct or ensure completion of Operational Excellence assessments and report findings.

Encourage networking and identify best practices and synergies through the Global Operational Excellence network.

Provide expertise in Lean Continuous Improvement.

Mentor the site on Lean, Six Sigma, Industry 4.0, and other relevant Operational Excellence standards and tools, becoming proficient in their application to drive Operational Excellence.



Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Your Qualification Profile:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Science disciplines, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Logistics, or a related field.

5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field is required.

Basic knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean/Continuous Improvement/5S/Root Cause Failure Analysis is required.

Proficient in using MS Office Applications and data analysis tools.

Ability to work independently.

Willingness to travel 50-75% based on site assignments.
