International Search Consultants is collaborating with a distinguished and expanding global investment firm that excels in delivering tailored investment management and advisory solutions to a diverse clientele, including Ultra-High Net Worth individuals, families, trusts, foundations, and endowments. We are in search of a skilled Wealth Management Client Specialist to become a vital member of their centralized team in Delaware.

The Wealth Management Client Specialist will collaborate with the Centralized Investment Operations team and Wealth Advisors on the West Coast to guarantee that clients receive exceptional service and that their financial transactions are executed promptly and accurately.

This role involves direct interaction with UHNW clients possessing over $200 million in investable assets, alongside key Client Advisors. The position presents significant long-term career advancement and growth opportunities as the firm continues to evolve.

Requirements for Wealth Management Client Specialist:
  • A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory, preferably in Finance or Business.
  • At least 3 years of experience in servicing UHNW clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint.
  • A self-driven and detail-oriented individual eager to learn and grow professionally.
  • Ideally, candidates should have a strong interest in technology, investment management, and providing client solutions within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities of Wealth Management Client Specialist:

As a Wealth Management Client Specialist, you will be accountable for supporting the firm's Advisors and Clients directly. You will also work alongside the Operations team to address the needs of the Advisor's client base and engage in various projects as the firm grows.
  • Collaborate with Wealth Advisors to provide exceptional service to UHNW Clients.
  • Engage with the firm's centralized Operations teams.
  • Coordinate with custodians and internal Operations teams to ensure accurate processing of requests. Assist with portfolio rebalancing, including document preparation and money movements.
  • Prepare documentation for new accounts, contracts, and subscription agreements.
  • Oversee the opening and closing of accounts, including SMA's and brokerage accounts.
  • Manage KYC profiles and conduct necessary searches.
  • Facilitate cash and security movements, including deposits, withdrawals, gifting, wires, and journals.
  • Assist in creating presentations and proposals using PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Review and analyze billing for accuracy.
  • Prepare performance reports.
  • Continuously monitor and update the Client database and portfolio/account management applications, including Salesforce, Addepar, and Black Diamond.
