KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist clients by accurately and promptly collecting necessary information
  • Facilitate communication between clients and field service technicians
  • Coordinate the company’s schedule to maintain service commitments
  • Manage back-office financial tasks such as reconciliation, invoicing, and accounts receivable
  • Effectively oversee service agreements
REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven potential for success based on pre-interview evaluations
  • High School Diploma, with a preference for technical college education
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience in bookkeeping is a plus
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends on a rotating schedule
