Position Overview:

We are in search of a dedicated Vehicle Maintenance Specialist with 2-3 years of expertise in diesel fleet preventive maintenance and repair for both DOT and Non-DOT vehicles, as well as heavy machinery. While technical education or ASE Certification is advantageous, it is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute and manage preventive maintenance in accordance with DOT guidelines.
  • Identify and rectify mechanical and electrical issues on fleet vehicles.
  • Engage with drivers to resolve any concerns.
  • Provide roadside support and remote diagnostics.
  • Oversee facility upkeep, inventory management, and procurement.
  • Comply with all workplace safety protocols and regulations.
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in fleet maintenance.
  • Familiarity with DOT regulations.
  • Ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent time management abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in computer operations.
  • Willingness to be available for on-call duties.
