As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Investment Advisors by:


• Training new Investment Advisors on all operational support applications, including trading processes and corporate actions.


• Onboarding new external users to proprietary applications.


• Facilitating communication between Investment Advisors, support teams, and Financial Advisors regarding policies and procedures.


• Setting up products for use within the Wealth Management Advisory program.


• Assisting in testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements utilized by Investment Advisors.


• Configuring Investment Advisors to receive daily downloads for reconciliation purposes.


• Monitoring daily reports to ensure program oversight.


• Acting as a liaison between external Investment Advisors and the Corporate Action department for reorganizational offers.


• Maintaining an internal proprietary database for generating manager profiles and performance metrics for the Advisory platform.


• Collecting quarterly survey responses from Investment Advisors and generating performance profiles.


• Providing quarterly oversight for the posting and validation of manager profiles.

Knowledge and Skills Required:


• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related field is required.


• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a financial operations role.


• A proactive team player with self-motivation and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.


• Strong capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel.


• Strong problem-solving abilities.


• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.


• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.


• Commitment to staying updated on policy and procedural changes.


• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
