Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Operations Specialist:
  • Oversee daily marketing activities and execution, including the management of the monthly direct marketing initiatives, proofreading, and coordination of promotional materials and creative requests.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Business Analytics team to analyze marketing campaigns and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Deliver presentations of insights and recommendations to Marketing Managers and Directors.
  • Act as a liaison with the Digital Team, working closely with Marketing Managers and Directors to leverage target audience segmentation for effective marketing strategies.
  • Facilitate legal and compliance reviews, along with other third-party evaluations of all marketing communications.
  • Ensure specific marketing programs are executed on schedule, within budget, and according to plan.
  • As part of the Corporate Marketing Team, foster partnerships to enhance marketing efforts and identify cross-promotion opportunities.
  • Work alongside Marketing Manager and Director to define and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) across assigned responsibilities.
  • Assist in the development, execution, and deployment of advertising, promotional campaigns, and direct marketing efforts.
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of monthly marketing offers and strategies.
  • Regularly update departmental information on the Marketing intranet site.
  • Provide monthly communications to Operations, front-line associates, store-level staff, and other designated audiences.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Fundamental understanding of marketing principles, consumer research, and methodologies for measuring outcomes.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing performance metrics.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with significant interaction across departments.
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities.
  • Self-motivated individual who embraces accountability.
  • High level of professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Capability to handle multiple projects from inception to execution.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to focus and meet deadlines independently.
