In this Corporate role, you will have the opportunity to primarily contribute to the DuPont Journey to World Class Operational Excellence.

You will partner with DuPont businesses and functions to drive process improvements that will result in Best-in-Class performance and results.

Flexibility and resilience will be key as evolving global economic conditions can impact business requirements and strategies and you will need to respond quickly to changing needs.


This is a hands on individual contributor role in which the selected candidate will be coaching the site on Lean, Six Sigma, Industry 4.

0, and other relevant OPEX standards and tools

Your Key Responsibilities:


Support the assigned Site team to deliver the OpEx Tracking tool Productivity targets (OTT) using the OpEx Framework in the site, training on the applications of Manufacturing 1.0 and 2.0 elements.

Train and coach the key stakeholders on the plant on OpEx Framework (management and line plant staff)

Lead the Site teams on Kaizen events to drive LEAN continuous improvement

Support and advise the local Continuous Improvement (CI) leader.


Advise and coach local stakeholders and project managers within OpEx methodologies (connect OpEx tools to deliver value for the site).

Review and update local leaders on new OpEx tools, methods, or materials.

Conduct or ensure OpEx assessments are complete and report out.

Promote the networking and detect best practices and synergies through the Global OpEx network.

Provide expertise on Lean Continuous Improvement.


Coach site on Lean, Six Sigma, Industry 4.0, and other relevant OPEX standards and tools and become proficient in employing them to drive Operational Excellence.


Your Qualification Profile:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Science disciplines, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Logistics or a relevant field

5 years' experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or other related field is required

Basic knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean/CI/5S/Root Cause Failure Analysis is required

Proficient using MS Office Applications & data analysis tools

Must be able to work independently

Must be willing to travel 50-75% based on site assignment
