About the Role

As an Industrial Account Executive at Tradesmen International, you will be responsible for obtaining orders or contracts in the Major Accounts / Industrial sector for our construction labor support services.

Our Industrial AEs lead new business development, customer relationships, and client satisfaction in their assigned territories. They are responsible for locating and bringing in new business, as well as maintaining client relationships that increase the usage of our services and workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Generate and develop new customer accounts to increase revenue, including cold-calling and client management.
  • Account Management: Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within the client base.
  • Relationship Building: Demonstrate the ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining sales quotas.
  • Problem Solving: Solve customer requests and resolve issues.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to build strong customer relationships.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build strong relationships with field employees.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and goal-oriented with regular and predictable attendance.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with standard computer systems and CRM systems.
  • Experience: Experience cold calling, canvassing a territory, and generating new business leads.
