Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with existing and new customers to deliver AlienVault's products and services that meet their strategic business priorities.
  • Develop and maintain a network of colleagues and customers to share information and obtain prospects.
  • Support the resolution of customer disputes and accounts receivable discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of AlienVault's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs, issues, and strategies to deliver valuable solutions.
  • Develop responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and other sales-related documents.
  • Identify key trends and customer needs, leverage industry knowledge and applications, and utilize consultative skills to close sales for assigned accounts in accordance with company policy, procedures, and culture.
  • Own account relationships and be responsible for meeting revenue objectives.
  • Demonstrate a progressive record of sales achievement.
  • Aid in devising direct sales plans and strategies.
  • Develop strategic initiatives to grow and retain the revenue stream of assigned moderately complex accounts and projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 2-5 years of direct work experience in sales or a related field.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
  • Regular schedule with occasional overtime.
