Industrial Sales Executive

As an Industrial Account Executive at Tradesmen International, you will be responsible for obtaining orders or contracts in the Major Accounts/Industrial sector for our construction labor support services. This role requires a strong understanding of the construction industry and the ability to educate contractors about our value proposition.
Key Responsibilities- Locate and bring in new business opportunities in the industrial sector
- Maintain client relationships to increase the usage of our services and workforce
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate targeted accounts and radiate sales from within the client base
- Conduct information-only presentations, such as trade show demonstrations, to overcome objections and showcase our services
- Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and partnerships
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results mentality
- Familiarity with standard computer systems and CRM systems
- Experience in cold calling, canvassing a territory, and generating new business leads
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
