About the Role

As an Industrial Account Executive at Tradesmen International, you will be responsible for obtaining orders or contracts in the Major Accounts / Industrial sector for our construction labor support services. This role requires a strong understanding of the construction industry and the ability to educate contractors about our value proposition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Locate and bring in new business opportunities in the industrial sector
  • Maintain client relationships to increase the usage of our services and workforce
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate targeted accounts and radiate sales from within the client base
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase our services and build relationships with potential clients
  • Meet and exceed quarterly growth and profitability targets
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and field employees
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven mentality
  • Familiarity with standard computer systems and CRM systems
  • Experience in cold calling, canvassing, and generating new business leads
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
