Overview:
Our client, a prominent player in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a skilled Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to executive leadership.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a personal assistant to senior executives, managing their schedules and appointments.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including setting up calendars, sending invites, and preparing presentations.
  • Maintain comprehensive calendars in Outlook, ensuring efficient scheduling of both internal and external meetings.
  • Handle various administrative tasks such as arranging conference calls, managing files, and processing photocopying, scanning, and printing requests.
  • Create, edit, and proofread documents including letters, memos, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Draft routine correspondence and emails as required.
  • Assist with additional projects and tasks as needed.

Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in providing administrative support.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional client service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive approach with strong anticipatory skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain composure and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with all levels of staff.
