Role Overview:
The Educational Coordinator will be instrumental in planning, organizing, and overseeing the daily curriculum operations. This role requires a commitment to maintaining a safe and positive culture within the center, while supporting educators in implementing our innovative LEAP Curriculum, which integrates elements of philanthropy and seasonal celebrations. The coordinator will cultivate an environment where children, families, and staff can thrive together.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that children receive the highest quality early childhood educational experience.
  • Lead by example and serve as a mentor to all staff members.
  • Foster a positive relationship between the school and home environments.
  • Ensure that program operations and activities comply with legal standards and internal policies.
  • Oversee classroom lesson plans, curriculum, and activities.
  • Provide senior management with monthly updates based on classroom observations.
  • Conduct feedback sessions with staff following monthly classroom evaluations.
  • Facilitate tours and enroll new families into the program.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of an associate's degree in early childhood education or a related field (such as child psychology or developmental studies).
  • Experience in early childhood teaching.
  • Must meet state-specific requirements for this position.
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
