Job Description

The Learning Experience is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Educational Coordinator to join our team. As an Educational Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive educational environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Development: Plan, organize, and coordinate daily operations of the curriculum for our program.
  • Program Operations: Maintain a safe and positive culture in the center, support teachers in the implementation of our LEAP Curriculum, and build an environment where children, families, and staff thrive.
  • Staff Support: Lead by example, be a mentor to all staff, and create and foster a positive school-home environment.
  • Compliance: Ensure program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies.
  • Classroom Management: Oversee classroom lesson plans, curriculum, and activities.
  • Feedback and Evaluation: Conduct feedback meetings with staff based on monthly classroom observations and keep senior management informed.
  • Family Engagement: Tour and enroll new families.
Requirements:
  • Education: At least an associate's degree in early childhood education or a related field (child psychology, developmental psychology, children's studies, etc.).
  • Experience: Early childhood teaching experience.
  • State Requirements: Must meet state-specific guidelines for this role.
Compensation:

$20.00 per hour.
