Client Relations Coordinator

Location: Middletown, NY, United States

Position Overview:

As a Client Relations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients at Accesssupports. Your responsibilities will include:

- Fostering a client-centric environment while managing multiple tasks in a busy community support center.

- Assisting in the onboarding of new clients, confirming insurance details, and organizing appointments.

- Handling incoming calls, routing inquiries, and documenting messages efficiently.

- Maintaining electronic health records through scanning, filing, and archiving documentation.

- Undertaking additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

- At least one year of experience in an administrative support capacity.

- Proficiency in computer applications and familiarity with electronic health record systems.

- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational abilities.

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.
