The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and evaluating the program's clinical components, working closely with the Program Director and Clinical Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities- Accreditation and Compliance
- Coordinate efforts to meet and/or exceed ARC-PA Standards
- Clinical Operations
- Schedule clinical clerkships
- Ensure proper paperwork is distributed to clinical sites
- Assign and supervise students under the direction of the Clinical Coordinator
- Maintain records of each student in Exxat platform
- Teaching and Curriculum
- Instruct first and second-year students
- Lecture in area of expertise
- Review and grade master's projects
- Committee Service
- Participate on committees as requested by the Program Director
- Participate in reaccreditation and program evaluation activities
- Administrative Duties
- Typing exam questions
- Preparing student exams
- Proctoring exams if needed
- Masters degree or higher required
- Experience in academia recommended
- Ability to solve complex problems and meet deadlines
- Effective management and organization skills
- Collaborative and team-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
