Office Administration Specialist
We are seeking an Office Administration Specialist to oversee the operational needs of our organization. This role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative functions and providing support to our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
Uphold confidentiality in all matters. Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and vendors alike. Develop and maintain comprehensive and secure filing systems. Manage incoming calls and address inquiries with professionalism. Participate in meetings as required by management. Liaise with vendors and suppliers to enhance operational efficiency. Supervise administrative staff to ensure effective workflow. Assist management with community housing arrangements for clients. Oversee daily office operations, including supply management and front desk responsibilities. Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in an administrative role with a solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting. Strong communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with office equipment. Excellent customer service aptitude. Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations. Must be at least 18 years of age. Capable of effectively communicating in English and performing basic math. Successful completion of background checks as mandated. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform essential job functions, including prolonged sitting and manual dexterity for computer use. Meet health requirements related to communicable diseases. Maintain consistent attendance.
