Position Summary
Gilma Escobar - State Farm Agent is looking for a dedicated professional to join our successful team as an Insurance Account Representative. Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service, addressing inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing.
  • Utilize a customer-centric, needs-based approach to inform clients about available insurance products.
  • Generate leads, arrange appointments, assess customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.
  • Collaborate with the agent to support local community initiatives.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving success daily.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
  • Proven success in meeting sales targets.
  • Interest in marketing products and services tailored to customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Passionate about the role of insurance and financial products in helping individuals manage risks, recover from setbacks, and achieve their aspirations.
  • Self-motivated and driven.
  • Ability to present effectively to potential clients.
  • Experience in marketing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of life insurance products is beneficial.
  • Bilingual candidates (Hindi and Korean) are preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty license.
  • Must be able to obtain Life and Health license.
  • Associate's degree or higher is preferred.
