Position Overview

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to:

  • Engage daily with sales, operations, and diverse logistics teams to effectively and accurately manage, allocate, and dispatch all client orders in accordance with specific retailer guidelines.
  • Assist with every phase of the order lifecycle, from entry to tracking and prioritizing incoming shipments, allocation, picking, and maintaining communication with the warehouse to ensure timely routing and billing of freight.
  • Have familiarity with routing for major retailers such as Walmart, Kohls, Dollar Tree, Big Lots, Marshalls, TJ Maxx, Ross, DDs, Burlington, etc., along with a solid understanding of retail compliance.
  • Review open order reports, comprehend available inventory, manage oversells, and conduct inventory reconciliation.
  • Generate and analyze a variety of daily and weekly reports, proactively addressing any areas of concern.
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of recent experience in customer service with order management within a warehouse or 3PL environment, or relevant experience in an importing or wholesaling capacity.
  • Strong understanding of wholesale import and warehouse/distribution processes, including retailer routing and compliance.
  • Must demonstrate analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities with excellent follow-up capabilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Maintain composure and a positive demeanor in challenging situations.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of prioritizing and multitasking effectively, whether working independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficient in managing and interpreting large volumes of data from various sources.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changes in systems and data.
