Location: New Jersey (Office-based, Monday to Friday)

YASMESOFT INC, a leading name in the commercial real estate sector, is seeking a Client Relations Manager to enhance the support provided to our Customer Service Team and various internal departments.

Position Summary:
The Client Relations Manager will serve as the primary contact for approximately 90 clients, dedicated to fostering relationships and delivering outstanding service through effective selling and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focus on delivering exceptional customer service while building and nurturing client relationships to attract and retain clientele.
  • Continuously innovate and implement creative strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to ensure complete satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Proactively engage with clients to strengthen relationships and meet their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with the Leasing Team regarding all client renewals.
  • Conduct daily inspections of the property to assess the condition of client spaces, reporting any issues to the relevant department.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to guide the resolution of client complaints, ensuring satisfactory outcomes.
  • Work with the Customer Service Director and colleagues to develop and execute innovative customer service initiatives.
  • Coordinate various projects within client spaces, including utility service shutdowns and maintenance work, ensuring minimal disruption to clients.
  • Engage with internal teams and external contractors to address client issues promptly.
  • Possess a proactive, creative, and customer-centric mindset.
  • A college degree with relevant business experience is preferred.
  • RPA designation is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills when interacting with all levels of management, staff, clients, and vendors.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

Compensation:
Competitive salary starting at $100,000, plus annual bonus opportunities.

Benefits:
Comprehensive company-paid benefits package including medical, dental, prescription coverage, 401K with company match, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, tuition assistance, vacation, sick leave, and approximately twelve paid holidays.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a one-hour lunch break.
