We are currently seeking a Healthcare Sales Representative to become a part of our North County team, ideally possessing experience in hospice or healthcare sales and marketing within the North County San Diego area. A minimum of two years of experience in outside healthcare-related sales and marketing is preferred. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous. This position will primarily concentrate on the North County, San Diego region.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communication, healthcare, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three (3) years' experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in hospice care services.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate new business with a purpose-driven approach while maintaining professionalism.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
  • Exhibits autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and teamwork in job performance.
  • Must possess reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to share information clearly and concisely.
  • Public Speaking: Comfortable with public speaking engagements, able to articulate our mission and services to diverse audiences.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and goals are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
  • Expand HNC's community partnerships and business.
  • Develop and maintain new relationships with physicians and hospital accounts in a legal and compliant manner to successfully meet 10 decision-makers per day.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on HNC values, mission, and strategy.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure the highest level of service and support to our patients, referral sources, and community.
  • Demonstrate effective presentation skills.
  • Educate referral sources on HNC's services.
  • Provide public education on the palliative and hospice services available through the agency and the methods for obtaining these services.
