Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Canyon Bicycles USA Inc. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and confidence with customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex customer issues, often requiring creative problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or sales position.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge: Proficiency in help desk software and remote support tools, with a strong understanding of Salesforce, Outlook, MSFT Office, and Windows.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bike Industry Experience: Previous experience in the bike industry, including bike retail, distributor, e-commerce, or manufacturer.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with bike technology and technical specifications.
  • Language Skills: Proficient or conversant in Spanish.
Work Environment

We offer a professional, upbeat, and fun work environment at our Carlsbad office, with a Canyon Showroom for displaying our professional team and athlete bikes.

The physical demands of this role include sitting for extended periods, using hands to operate a computer, and occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds.
