We are currently seeking a Healthcare Sales Representative to enhance our North County operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospice or healthcare sales and marketing, with a preference for candidates who possess at least two years of relevant experience. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous.

Position Title: Healthcare Sales Representative

Reports to: Director of Partner Relations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communication, healthcare, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in marketing within the healthcare sector, preferably in hospice care.
  • Proven ability to drive business and engage effectively with clients and the community.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
  • Exhibits autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and teamwork in job performance.
  • Must possess reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and surpass assigned admission targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key facility accounts while ensuring compliance.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on HNC's values, mission, and strategies.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to provide the highest level of service to patients and referral sources.
  • Demonstrate effective presentation skills.
  • Educate referral sources about HNC's services.
  • Promote public awareness of home health care and hospice services available through our agency.
