Overview: We are looking for a meticulous Human Resources Specialist to support our HR functions across various business units. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of Human Resources practices and administrative duties. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, adeptly managing several projects and deadlines while demonstrating a proactive approach to task completion.
Core Responsibilities:
- Address both internal and external HR-related inquiries, providing necessary assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of personnel-related information (payroll, personal details, leave management, turnover statistics, etc.) to ensure compliance with employment regulations.
- Assist in the creation and development of reporting tools aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
- Organize meetings, interviews, and HR events while managing calendars effectively.
- Generate and verify volume-based reports from internal databases, ensuring precision at all times.
- Adjust personnel records in response to internal transitions or organizational changes.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on reports to confirm data integrity.
- Regularly communicate with stakeholders regarding any discrepancies or concerns related to reports or records.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Recruitment Support Duties:
- Assist in the interview selection process, including screening calls and assessments.
- Draft and distribute recruitment communications.
- Schedule candidate interviews and manage calendar invitations.
- Monitor any delays or issues related to background checks or drug screenings.
- Report any matters requiring the attention of Talent Acquisition Leads.
- Maintain the Daily Recruiting Tracker.
- Identify suitable candidate profiles through various sourcing methods.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Manage candidate databases effectively.
- Participate in and support recruitment events.
- Communicate with previous applicants regarding new job openings.
- Carry out other tasks as needed to meet business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline (preferred).
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an HR Coordinator role (preferred).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with the HR recruitment process.
- Practical experience with sourcing techniques.
- Knowledge of HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Pay Details: $20.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan. In addition, our associates may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable.
