Human Resources Support Specialist

The Human Resources Support Specialist will play a vital role within the HR team, providing essential administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations in the Human Resources department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize employee records and files.
- Assist with the onboarding process, including preparation of materials for orientation and ensuring all employee documentation is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate offboarding activities, including scheduling exit interviews and managing related HRIS data.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries related to HR functions.
- Monitor and manage the HR mailbox, addressing incoming requests promptly.
- Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning.
- Support special projects and events within the HR department.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Familiarity with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to provide high-quality service to employees and departments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate degree is preferred. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or a related administrative field is also required.
