We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Generalist to join our team at ONE Elite Staffing. This role will be responsible for providing support in production, addressing tickets and requests independently, and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level support in Absence and Time Tracking, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Reverse-engineer configuration to resolve production issues and errors, utilizing strong analytical skills.
- Develop and implement corrections and remedies for incorrect accruals and time entries.
- Prepare and run Employee Information Briefs (EIBs) to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Absence and Time Tracking.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with all employees.
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
