The Client Relationship Associate is essential for the seamless operation of our office. This position entails overseeing daily functions and collaborating effectively with colleagues, clients, and HR Advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients through various communication channels, including in-person meetings, written correspondence, and phone calls. Facilitate the completion of necessary documentation and participate in regular client update sessions.
  • Event Coordination and Marketing:
    • Manage logistical and promotional aspects of client events.
    • Distribute invitations, liaise with venues, and maintain the marketing database.
  • New Business Management:
    • Conduct initial meetings with clients to initiate the onboarding process.
    • Follow up with clients to ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Case Oversight:
    • Monitor cases at various stages, proactively offering assistance to advance them.
  • Compliance and Policy Implementation:
    • Ensure adherence to compliance policies and maintain relevant documentation.
    • Oversee the compliance and advertising approval processes.
  • Document and maintain comprehensive records of all activities.

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
  • A proactive learning attitude with a strong interest in financial principles and a desire for professional growth.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
  • A positive demeanor and a strong commitment to client service excellence.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
  • Capability to work under tight deadlines.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a human resources or financial services environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite applications.
  • Familiarity with financial planning and client relationship management software.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Dependability is a critical aspect of this role.
