Job Overview

The State of Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This critical role provides high-level administrative support to the Deputy Superintendent, requiring a unique blend of organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including preparing correspondence, memorandums, and reports, as well as setting up and maintaining office files and databases. In addition to these responsibilities, the Administrative Support Specialist will conduct CJIS checks on vendors and volunteers, maintain the Deputy Superintendent's intranet page, and apply established rules, regulations, policies, and procedures in carrying out assigned tasks.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $52,939.90. This salary is based on the job description and requirements, as well as the location of the position within the State of Massachusetts. In addition to the salary, the State of Massachusetts offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
