**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Office Support Specialist I. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the Superintendent's office, including answering telephones, maintaining files, and performing various clerical tasks.
  2. Take accurate minutes at meetings and prepare documentation as needed.
  3. Assist with computer and file work, including data entry and record-keeping.
  4. Perform various administrative duties for senior staff members, including creating and editing documents and charts.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in administrative work or any equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • An Associate's or higher degree with a major in business administration, business management, or public administration may be substituted for the required experience.
