Revenue Management Coordinator

Hampton Roads Transit is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Revenue Management Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating the maintenance and administration of the GFI software, as well as performing various accounting duties related to revenue reporting and cash collection.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years' work experience in accounting or a related field, with proficiency in using computer systems and software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and PeopleSoft Finance. A valid driver's license is also required.
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is $53,018-$67,597 per year, based on industry standards and market research.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate the maintenance and administration of the GFI software.
• Perform various accounting duties, including inputting transactions into the computer system and managing cash collection.
• Collaborate with the revenue management team to ensure accurate and timely revenue reporting.
• Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of revenue management operations.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years' work experience in accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and PeopleSoft Finance.
