Job Description

In this Administrative Support Specialist role, you will play a vital part in the day-to-day operations of the MASS office. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional administrative support to the Deputy Superintendent, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.

About the Position

The estimated salary for this role is approximately $52,939 per year. As an Office Support Specialist I, you will enjoy a standard Monday-Friday schedule, working 9am-5pm. You will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including:

  • Preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date office files
  • Scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics
  • Responding to inquiries and gathering information from staff and records
  • Recording and distributing meeting minutes
Key Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two years of relevant administrative experience
  • An Associate's or higher degree in business administration, business management, or public administration (may be substituted for up to two years of experience)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
