Job Summary

We are seeking an highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Richmond office team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing files.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Filing System Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and hard copy filing systems.
  • Customer Service: Answer, screen, and transfer inbound calls, provide information and data to clients, and scan documents into our online system.
  • Supply Chain Management: Anticipate and maintain inventory levels, ensuring a smooth supply chain operation.
  • Scheduling: Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for clients and staff.
  • Office Operations: Manage the daily operations of the office, including general clerical duties.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Clerical Duties: Ability to handle general clerical duties, including phone calls, photocopying, faxing, and mailing.
  • Autonomy: Self-motivated attitude and ability to work autonomously while managing multiple tasks.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Compensation

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
