Overview:
As an Administrative Support Coordinator at Northeast Community College, you will play a vital role in supporting the C2A3 Director and Associate Director of Programming. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Your primary focus will be on managing administrative tasks related to the Board of Directors and Advisory Council, as well as processing reimbursements and invoices from vendors and partners.

Job Summary:
This is a full-time hourly staff position that entails various administrative duties, including managing records, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics for training events across the US states and territories. You will also assist with contracts, paperwork for trainers, and prepare information for social media, website, and marketing materials.

Responsibilities:
* Manage specific administrative tasks related to the Board of Directors and Advisory Council* Process reimbursements and invoices from all vendors and partners* Assist with tracking of expenses related to C2A3 cooperative agreements* Support the director with member communications, calendar scheduling, meeting logistics, and database management* Serve as the recorder/keeper of meeting minutes of the Board and Advisory Council* Coordinate training event logistics across the US states and territories* Liaise with C2A3 trainers and administrative contacts* Maintain records and registrations* Coordinate training assessments and evaluations with each event* Manage logistics (caterings, space rentals, AV, etc.) and scheduling of events

Requirements:
* Associate degree preferred* Minimum of 2 years of experience* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Familiarity with database management and record-keeping systems* Basic knowledge of office software and technology* Salary: $18-$22 per hour based on education and experience within the grade range.
