Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a General Clerk III in Norfolk. This role is a key component of our Ability One program, which provides employment opportunities for individuals with significant disabilities. As a General Clerk III, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, maintaining files, and procuring office supplies and equipment.

This role requires a high school diploma and experience as a General Clerk or in a similar administrative position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential, along with strong organizational and time management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to multitask and work well under pressure. In addition, you must be able to provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, and collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow.

The salary for this position is $4.57 per hour, and you will be required to work 40 hours per week. You will also be entitled to a range of benefits, including Government recognized holidays off, PTO/Sick Leave, and access to comprehensive benefits.
