We are in search of highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to help us continue delivering exceptional service to our customers.

With over 320 store locations and expanding, we have been a leader in the mattress industry for 30 years, and we are family-owned and operated in the USA. You will confidently promote our premium mattress and bedding products using our established selling process and innovative diagnostic sleep system bedMATCH.

Preferred Qualifications: We seek motivated individuals with the flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and weekends.

Our typical work week consists of 4–5 days, allowing our Retail Sales Consultants to work between 40 and 55 hours weekly.

You will provide our customers with a comfortable, low-pressure, and educational shopping experience focused on enhancing their lives through our sleep solutions.

We utilize state-of-the-art technology, including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive BedMatch system.

A successful candidate will possess a team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm. Enjoy engaging with customers and understanding their needs.
