Position Summary
The main responsibilities of this position include supporting the Teleflex Applier Placement Program (TAPP), managing timelines and analyses for Surgical Sales projects, adhering to deadlines, developing project plans, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks, and providing customer support for MyTeleflex.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales representatives to establish new loaner applier agreements as needed.
  • Ensure the timely execution of loaner applier agreements with sales representatives and management.
  • Maintain a database for loaner agreements and publish monthly status updates.
  • Conduct training sessions on the applier placement process as required.
  • Coordinate with Legal and Compliance for contract modifications and customer inquiries.
  • Actively support the sales of Bougie products.
  • Ensure compliance of Sales Representatives regarding applier loaners, including timing and expenditure commitments.
  • Work with Customer Service to meet the shipping and needs of customers and sales representatives.
  • Send out renewal notifications to sales representatives and customers.
  • Analyze and prioritize customer needs through email and phone communications.
  • Assist with Light Source repairs by liaising with vendors, customers, and Marketing.
  • Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests and special projects.
  • Support the creation and quality assurance of business review slides for Sales quarterly and midyear meetings.
  • Develop quality reports for internal and external teams as necessary.
  • Adhere to and ensure compliance with the Teleflex Code of Ethics and all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education / Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in:
Business Administration/Economics

  • 2+ years of experience in the medical device industry is advantageous.

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

  • Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in SAP, MS Excel, and MS Office.
  • Ability to think independently and take initiative to resolve issues with minimal guidance.
  • Strong presentation and communication abilities.
  • Big picture perspective with attention to detail is crucial for success in this role.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
