What We Seek:


We are in search of highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist us in our ongoing mission to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

With over 320 store locations and a legacy of 30 years in the mattress industry, we are a family-owned and operated business in the USA. You will confidently promote our premium mattress and bedding products using our proven sales process and advanced diagnostic sleep system bedMATCH.

Preferred Qualifications: We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with the flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and weekends.

Our typical work week spans 4–5 days, allowing our Retail Sales Consultants to work between 40 and 55 hours weekly.

You will provide our customers with a relaxed, low-pressure, and educational shopping experience focused on enhancing their lives through our sleep solutions.

We utilize state-of-the-art technology, including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive BedMatch system.

A successful candidate will possess a team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm, enjoying customer interactions and understanding their needs.
