Position Overview:

The Head of Sales Systems and Strategy is accountable to the VP of Sales Operations and collaborates extensively with various teams including GTM Operations, Digital, and IT.

This role requires a unique blend of skills, experience, and enthusiasm to ensure that OutSystems applications are in harmony with corporate goals, fostering synergies and efficiencies throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will proactively align business needs with team members and stakeholders, focusing on scalability, automation, and the effective use of AI.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Enhance sales processes by integrating AI and automation.
  • Work closely with teams across OutSystems to oversee initiatives aimed at improving data-driven insights and operational efficiency.
  • Manage the intake and prioritization processes for functional areas, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Business Collaboration:

  • Engage with cross-functional teams to support roadmap planning and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at the VP and Executive levels to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Operational Strategy:

  • Assess and strategize technical implementations to optimize business outcomes, focusing on impactful project selection and prioritization.
  • Drive the adoption of selected technical solutions across the organization, collaborating closely with IT and relevant stakeholders.
  • Document processes and create enablement handbooks to ensure knowledge sharing and business continuity.

Technical Leadership:

  • Leverage B2B GTM process and technology expertise to prioritize initiatives that yield measurable business impact.
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to field and support teams, utilizing automation, AI, and other technologies to enhance GTM efficiency.
  • Support complex projects with cross-functional teams, ensuring successful outcomes with minimal oversight.

Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Customize presentations and communications to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels, including Directors, Senior Directors, VPs, and executives.
  • Oversee ongoing project tracking and reporting to Sales and GTM leaders, fostering a culture of accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 10-15 years of experience in implementing, configuring, customizing, and integrating SaaS solutions, with a proven ability to leverage automation and AI.
  • Self-motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills to manage business and technology relationships.
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
  • Strong commitment to security and confidentiality practices, particularly with systems handling sensitive data.
  • Demonstrated experience in vendor management and tool consolidation.
