Role Overview:

  • We are looking for a proactive sales leader who can utilize strategic selling and relationship-building expertise to enhance connections with General Counsels and Legal Departments within large enterprises with annual revenues exceeding $100 million.
  • Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Head of Strategic Partnerships will be tasked with driving sustained revenue growth at OGC Global by forming new strategic client partnerships.
  • The ideal candidate will discover and secure new business opportunities by broadening their network through various channels, including social media and email outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business accounts that align with the Ideal Client Profile (ICP), focusing on General Counsels and heads of Legal Operations at targeted organizations.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of OGC Global's services, sector areas, and Unique Value Proposition (UVP) within the legal services landscape.
  • Collaborate with sector attorneys to deepen knowledge of OGC Global's UVP for prospective clients.
  • Stay informed about legal industry trends and the challenges faced by clients.
  • Execute targeted prospecting campaigns across multiple channels to bolster marketing initiatives.
  • Consistently meet and maintain weekly/daily performance metrics.
  • Generate precise forecasts and manage data effectively using the CRM system.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience selling to C-Level Executives and/or Legal Departments, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or JD is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in selling professional services to executive teams or corporate legal departments.
  • Familiarity with technology, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical technology, or e-commerce sectors is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated capability to cold call and secure meetings.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong client and team relationships.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Microsoft Suite is a plus.
  • Strong presentation, organizational, and time management skills.
  • A collaborative team player with a creative and resilient mindset focused on processes.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A high-energy, positive attitude, customer-focused, and brand ambassador mentality.

Compensation and Location:

  • This is a fully remote position with occasional travel required.
  • The expected base salary ranges from $120,000 to $150,000, depending on qualifications and market data.
  • On-Target Earnings are set at $250,000, which includes quarterly bonuses.
