The Role | Senior Vice President of Sales Strategy

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned sales leader to engage new clients and explore existing business prospects within Teleperformance USA, focusing on Sales Outsourcing Services.

Currently, our operations generate approximately $350 million in revenue from advertising, digital sales, lead generation, and both B2B and B2C sales.

As we look to the future, there is significant potential to drive new business and revenue growth within our sales line of business (LOB).

Your Responsibilities as Senior Vice President of Sales Strategy

Leveraging Your Established Network:
Your primary objective will be to nurture and expand relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and positioning our sales outsourcing services effectively.

Client Acquisition:
Actively pursue and secure new clients for our sales services across various industry sectors.

Service and Product Expertise:

Your prior knowledge of similar services will enable you to position Teleperformance's features, benefits, and competitive advantages effectively in the marketplace.


Sales Strategy Development:

Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve market revenues and maximize penetration, including cultivating partnerships with sales providers and technology vendors to enhance our cloud offerings.


Client Presentations:

Utilize your presentation skills to showcase our cloud-based solutions to clients, addressing their specific needs and demonstrating our value proposition.


Industry Engagement:

Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships, stay informed about market developments, and generate leads.


Contract Negotiation:
Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and effective communication.


Market Insights:
Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to refine business development strategies and engage potential clients.

Sales Performance Reporting:

Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to inform strategic decision-making using our CRM system.


Compliance Assurance:
Ensure that all sales activities comply with industry regulations, standards, and company policies.

Customer Satisfaction Monitoring:
Track client satisfaction, promptly address concerns, and maintain high levels of service to foster long-term relationships.

Sales Forecasting:
Develop accurate sales forecasts based on market trends, client feedback, and other relevant factors.

Continuous Professional Development:

Stay updated on changes and trends in cloud-based solution selling, including new technologies and market dynamics, to adapt sales strategies accordingly.


Achieving Revenue Goals:
Meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets established by the organization.
Key Objectives for Your First Year

Develop a comprehensive business development strategy targeting identified accounts, leveraging your professional network.

Generate a robust pipeline, qualifying at least one opportunity per month, aiming for 12 opportunities annually, with a goal of closing 3-4 deals each year.

Build trust and confidence with accounts through close collaboration and consistently delivering on commitments.

Optimize internal relationships with sales support and client services.

Qualifications for Success
Passion for sales
A bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
8+ years of successful enterprise sales experience, particularly in B2C sales.

8+ years of experience in a client-facing role focused on customer acquisition and developing strategies that exceed business objectives.

Experience in the BPO sector selling sales services/solutions.
Proven track record of engaging with high-level decision-makers (C-level Executives).
Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail.
Experience in pricing, contract negotiations, and crafting proactive proposals.
Extensive business development, sales, and origination experience across various geographies and industry sectors.
A well-established network of contacts to facilitate introductions and opportunities.
Understanding of customer experience-related digital technologies; knowledge of digital transformation is advantageous.
Strong negotiation and business management skills.
Analytical mindset, proactive approach, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to work productively and meet deadlines when necessary.

This is a quota-carrying, individual contributor role.
