Role Responsibilities

The primary objective of the Sales Recruiter is to collaborate closely with the Head of Sales to source candidates and swiftly enhance the global sales team.

The Sales Recruiter will play a pivotal role in shaping team growth, culture, and revenue outcomes.

  • Partner with the Head of Sales to identify and onboard high-performing sales team members.
  • Utilize BREEZY ATS to shortlist and interview top-tier sales candidates.
  • Implement outreach strategies to attract quality candidates through LinkedIn, networking, and various market approaches.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires in conjunction with the internal Sales Operations team to ensure a seamless transition.

  • Demonstrated success in rapidly building a global sales team.
