Role Responsibilities

The primary objective of the Sales Recruiter is to collaborate closely with the Head of Sales to source candidates for the rapid expansion of the global sales team. The Sales Recruiter will play a crucial role in shaping team growth, managing culture, and driving revenue.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Partnering with the Head of Sales to recruit high-performing sales professionals.
  • Utilizing BREEZY ATS to shortlist and interview top-tier sales candidates.
  • Implementing outreach strategies to attract quality candidates through LinkedIn, networking, and other market initiatives.
  • Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires in collaboration with the internal Sales Operations team to ensure a seamless transition to Department Heads.

Required Experience

The ideal candidate will have:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Recruitment role, specifically in sales team recruitment.
  • Experience in a fast-paced tech or online startup environment.
  • A proven history of successfully building a global sales team.
