Role Overview

We are seeking a Head of Strategic Partnerships to drive our expansion efforts. This role will focus on deepening our expertise in key therapeutic areas, showcasing Lindus Health's innovations at prominent industry conferences, and cultivating relationships with Key Opinion Leaders. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our commercial strategy based on market insights.

You will report directly to the VP of Solutions and this position will be based in the United States.

Candidate Profile

We invite you to apply if you possess:

  • Over 5 years of experience in roles related to the drug development lifecycle, including commercialization and clinical trials within the Biotech or Pharma sectors.
  • A strong interest in life sciences, with a solid understanding of Phase I-IV clinical trials, ideally from a background in selling CRO or clinical trial-related products and services.
  • A robust network and existing relationships that can lead to successful deals within the first six months.
  • Experience and comfort in presenting at large-scale events and conferences.
  • A passion for networking and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential customers, building relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs.
  • Meet and exceed business development targets.
  • Represent Lindus Health at significant industry events, delivering presentations to showcase our capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain a network of medical Key Opinion Leaders and potential clients, including executives in biotech and pharma.
  • Collaborate with our solutions, clinical operations, and product teams to design clinical trials that align with client requirements.
  • Provide feedback and insights to help refine our company and commercial strategies.
