Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and enhance strategic programs and processes that drive sales growth and optimize returns.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to develop and implement new sales operations strategies.
  • Provide guidance and training to partners on tools and data management.
  • Analyze sales reports to influence outcomes and communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Standardize reporting processes and identify gaps to improve efficiency.
  • Work with field partners to streamline tools and processes, reducing redundancies and manual tasks.
  • Coordinate with the Business Sales Operations team to ensure successful execution of sales operations planning.
  • Engage with stakeholders to refine and enhance sales operations planning and execution.
  • Monitor risks and growth opportunities throughout the planning process.


Qualifications:


Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, project management, or analytics.


Other Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a Microsoft Cloud background screening.
  • Verification of citizenship due to legal restrictions associated with this role.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in relevant fields or a Master's Degree in a related discipline.
